Over the last 27 years God has grown Worship Northwest into a premier conference event, where vocalists, instrumentalists, technicians, artists and worship leaders, from churches of various sizes and denominations gather together to be equipped and encouraged for healthy ministry.

Who Is WorshipNW?

WORSHIPNW is an annual worship conference unlike any other. Purposefully curated to provide a uniquely unifying experience for your entire worship team; WORSHIPNW is designed by a multi-denominational team of worship pastors, who are passionate about equipping and encouraging worship leaders and their teams. Now in our 27th year, WORSHIPNW has been attended by hundreds of worship teams from across the United States, from a wide variety of worship traditions. There is something for every member of your team at WORSHIPNW.

Frequently Asked Questions

What about lunch?

Yes, we get hungry too. Since we’re all human we've arranged for lunch to be onsite. Lunch is included with the price of your registration. We have limited ability to meet dietary restrictions.

Is there food or coffee available at WNW?

Snacks and water will be provided on campus and in the Worship Expo during all breaks. Our recommendation is that you stop on your way to the conference for food. You will pass many fast food restaurants on your way to the conference, regardless of which direction you travel. Picking up food on your way is much easier than leaving to get food once you are on campus. However, coffee will also be available at Dayspring’s coffee shop, Common Grounds. It’s a great way to get you going and start your morning.

Should I bring my instrument?

By all means. You don’t want to be lugging amps or drum kits around the campus, but having a guitar, a bass, or some sticks in the hands can help you learn even faster. Many of the breakout sessions are hands on by nature and it may be helpful to you to be able to finger along as you are learning.

What about my kid? Can I bring him/her?

If you have a teenage musician who is interested in developing their skills, by all means bring him/her. Note: teenage means at least 13-years-old. Out of respect for fellow attendees children under 13 are not allowed.

What is required if I would like to cancel my registration?

Should you need to cancel your registration, on or before February 7, 2025, you will receive a refund of your conference fees less a $20.00 cancellation fee per registration.

What is required if I would like to transfer my registration to another individual?

As long as that individual is from your church, you may transfer your registration to another person. Name changes must be made directly with the Registration Hotline, which can be reached at 503.390.3900 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. There is no fee for this type of transfer and there is no transfer deadline. To avoid lines at check-in, please contact us with any name changes at least one week prior to the conference.
