Anxiety is an unwanted companion for many people in ministry. This session takes a look at the problem and invites participants to explore the ways in which anxiety can be managed and reduced in everyday life.
This session focuses on the warning signs of burnout as well as practical steps to prevent it. Learn about the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of stress that contribute to burnout and ministry fatigue.
In this session we'll talk about what I believe about God and what I believe about me vs. the truth about God and the truth about me.
In this breakout, we'll dialogue about what defines "soul care," why we neglect it, and why it's so essential for healthy lives, families, and ministries.
This class will work well as a stand alone session, or as a follow up to "The Exhausted Ministry Leader" with practical next steps for becoming a leader who models healthy soul care.
